Action Station
All the stations require a chef per 50 people. The number of attendants and station setup will be base on final guarantees. The minimum order for a group of 50 people.

Shrimp, clams, mussels, calamari, octopus, fresh fish, chicken, chorizo, peppers, onion, tomato & peas with valencia rice in a saffron seafood broth
ARGENTINA GRILL
Sirloin steak carved to order, served with Boursin cheese mash potatoes & chimichurri sauce, top with parsley onion gremolata
CHICKEN AND WAFFLE
