Working at various prestigious restaurants and hotels like Sands Hotel and Casino in San Juan, Marriott hotels and casino in San Juan, Café Valencia pain cuisine, La Fonda del Paraiso restaurant in Orlando airport Marriott, and Gaylord Palms Resort.
Chef Candelaria has been recognized throughout his career for being a visionary and a passionate chef. He's also a winner of Bronze a metal by American Culinary Federation.
